NJCAA Region XIX Junior College Rules Modifications

All officials are to note the rule modifications for Region 19 Junior College matches:

• Unlimited Substitutions
• Do not stop the clock for substitutions
• Players receiving yellow cards must leave the game (including goalkeeper). Team may play short if they wish.  Regardless if they decide to play short or replace the carded player, the player that has received the caution may reenter the match only at the next legal substitution opportunity. 

Referee Game Report

Each Referee is required to complete and submit a game report to the Region 19 games chairperson within 24 hours of match completion. The game report must be completed and emailed to the email address at the bottom of the report.

Region 19 and RefPay

For the 2010 season, the schools that will definitely be using RefPay are:  BROOKDALE CC, OCEAN CC, MORRIS CC, PASSAIC CC, SUSSEX CC. 

Schools that will not be using RefPay are:  ATLANTIC-CAPE CC, BERGEN CC, CAMDEN CC, ESSEX  CC, GLOUCESTER CC, MIDDLESEX CC,  MERCER CC,  RARITAN VALLEY CC,

To assure you receive payment for games worked at schools using RefPay, you must set up a free and secure RefPay Account on Arbiter as soon as possible.  To establish an account, visit www.refpay.com and select the option at the top "Sign Up".  Then select "Sporting Official"  Although it is not necessary to set up an account if you work only those schools definitely not using RefPay, it is strongly recommended that all officials establish an account to be prepared in case a school decides to use RefPay at a later date. You must 'link' your Arbiter account to RefPay in order for this process to be complete.
