Purpose and Goals

• To recruit, train, and retain highly capable intercollegiate soccer officials.

• To provide continuing education and training programs thereby maintaining a sufficient number of highly skilled, competent and professional intercollegiate soccer officials.
   
• To foster the highest degree of soccer officiating by following a standard set of mechanics, uniform interpretation and consistent administration of the rules of soccer as set forth by the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association and the NCAA.
   
• To serve educational institutions/associations playing or sponsoring intercollegiate soccer.
   
• To cooperate with organizations and institutions officially related to the game of intercollegiate soccer in furthering its interests and ideals.
   
• To promote intercollegiate soccer, its players, coaches, administrators and officials.
